Q&A with Esie Leoso
Esie Leoso Corbine, is a Bad River Tribal Member who has worked as an Administrator for Tribal and County organizations for 35+ years in the area of Social Services at the same time she has been an advocate for her tribe to protect the water and environment. She has shared her voice throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, & Michigan to protecting treaty rights, advocating for clean water, and educating on tribal culture. She has participated in the International 4 Direction Water Walk and most recently an interviewee in the movie, “Bad River.” Esie brings her culture knowledge to the table whether as a trainer, teacher, or Adjunct Instructor for higher education.
